We're looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Is passionate about inclusive education
- Can deliver engaging and personalised learning
- Has experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH or additional needs
- Understands the importance of relationships in education.
- Is resilient, adaptable and solution-focused
- Can work independently while being part of a supportive team
We offer:
- Competitive salary
- Flexible working opportunities.
- Ongoing professional development.
- A supportive, values-driven team.
- The opportunity to genuinely transform young people's lives.
- Training in trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and relational approaches.
