You will need to have a positive mindset, combined with resilience and determination to improve outcomes. You will need to be highly organised, pro-active, versatile and resilient. Knowledge and experience of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is desirable, particularly expertise in supporting pupils diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Condition.
You will be flexible, patient, hardworking and committed to maximising learning opportunities for children. Experience of working with medical or emotional needs would be desirable.

Previous experience is an advantage.
This post is temporary due to a known fall in roll.
