We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic & experienced SEN Teacher with a proven record of achieving high standards to join our Outstanding School in Gunnislake.
Experience in working with children who have learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, special educational and complex needs is essential.
A successful candidate will:
• Be an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of working with SEN children with varying levels of needs.
• Be a team player.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in a classroom, with parents and other professionals.
• Be able to motivate, support & lead those they work with
• Have the ability to remain calm and professional whilst dealing with complex needs & challenging behaviours.
• Be enthusiastic about the growth and development of our students & school.
• Have aspirations for professional and career development
