About the Role:
As a Reablement Team Admin Support, you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our services. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from managing computerised and manual records to arranging meetings and supporting our team leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Reception duties, as first Point of Contact, providing excellent customer service to both the people we support and those involved in their care.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare for meetings, take minutes, and distribute papers.
- Data Management: Input and manage data on various systems and maintaining accurate client records.
- Project Support: Assist with ad hoc projects and data collation.
- Technical Support: Manage issues with our systems and liaise with technical support.
- Team Assistance: Support team leaders with interviews, training, and rota management.
