Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer

We are looking for a new member of our Quality Assurance and Improvement Team.
You will have an understanding of OFSTED regulatory frameworks and be aware of upcoming changes in legislation.
You will be able to work closely with both Social Work Colleagues and Providers and will be skilled in collating and assimilating information and be able to produce accurate reports.
You will be confident to provide challenge and support to providers to ensure that the homes we commission are safe, effective and able to meet the needs of our young people in care.
There will be occasions where you need to travel to various settings either in response to an incident or as part of our programme of proactive visits. This may involve travel outside Devon.
