Job Location: Hybrid Working - Office location (St Michaels Court, Honiton) + working from home. The role will require a number of days on site working per week to meet business need.

We are currently looking for a Public Health Nursing Administrator to join our Business Support Team.

What are the skills & qualities we need from you?:
- Able to use a laptop (TEAMS/Outlook/Calendars/Microsoft Edge/Excel/Word).
- Strong attention to detail and able to work at pace, managing competing and changing priorities.
- Positive & enthusiastic attitude towards learning and supporting your colleagues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with team members and wider colleagues.
- Ability to plan workload for the day and be adaptable when service needs might change.

- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve:
- Using a laptop and various internal systems and Microsoft packages to conduct your role.
- Working in a flexible way – some home working and some office-based work.
- Taking calls from the public, partnership agencies and colleagues.
- Managing shared email mailboxes as well as your own email.
- Booking appointments and sending letters and text messages confirming appointments.
- Uploading documents.
- Following processes.
- Attending and contributing at meetings.
- Supporting across other Devon hubs (virtually) as required to meet business need.
