We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our innovative Outdoor SEMH SEND Provision, supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and those currently on the pathway to receiving one.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, SENDCo, support staff, and external professionals to lead and develop this specialist provision. About the Role:
SEND Provision Lead, you will:
- Work closely with the SENDCo to plan, implement, and evaluate targeted sessions for pupils with complex SEND needs.
- Lead the management and development of the outdoor learning environment, including the organisation of resources and maintenance of planting areas.
- Provide leadership and oversight for support staff within the provision, ensuring effective deployment and high standards of practice.
- Deliver high-quality teaching and tailored support to meet pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external professionals to design, implement, and monitor personalised learning and support plans for individual pupils.
- Lead small-group and targeted intervention sessions to address identified learning barriers and promote pupil progress.
- Share specialist expertise with colleagues, offering guidance, coaching, and resources to support inclusive classroom practice.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils’ progress accurately, using assessment information to inform future planning, evaluate impact, and ensure accountability.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience working with children with complex SEND needs in a primary school setting.
- Be knowledgeable about SEND strategies, interventions, and statutory frameworks.
- Consistently use a relational approach
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be highly organised, proactive, and flexible to meet pupils’ diverse needs.
