- an exciting and stimulating place to work in a friendly environment;
- a modern, purpose-built building and excellent facilities;
- further benefits including free access to the on-site gym, discounts for external gym memberships and retailers, a salary sacrifice scheme to assist with high value transport and tech purchases and access to a 24 hour employee assistance programme.
You will:
- be enthusiastic about giving young people the best possible start in life;
- ideally have experience of working with people with SEND;
- be professional, enthusiastic, self-motivating and able to demonstrate flexibility in your approach;
