This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our growing, forward thinking organisation dedicated to delivering Flourishing Futures for All.
This vacancy has arisen as a result of an internal move within our People Team.
Joining our friendly, professional and supportive People Team, you'll work in partnership with leaders across our family of schools, providing high-quality advice and guidance that helps colleagues thrive and supports the delivery of exceptional education.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to support a wide range of People activities, contribute to our wider people initiatives, promote positive colleague experiences and help ensure our people practices remain compliant, consistent and values led.

What You’ll Do
Working as part of our People Team, you'll provide professional advice and support across a wide range of People activities, including:
- Providing professional, values-led HR advice and guidance to leaders across our schools and teams
- Supporting leaders with colleague performance, health, absence and wellness, ensuring our teams can thrive
- Leading on complex colleague cases and providing professional guidance that helps achieve positive outcomes
- Maintaining accurate people records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies
- Supporting leaders to make informed people decisions through analysis of people data and trends
- Contributing to a variety of People projects and initiatives that benefit our schools, colleagues and communities

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Is inspired by our mission to deliver Flourishing Futures for All and is committed to making a difference in children's lives through exceptional people practice.
- Ideally holds CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or able to demonstrate equivalent HR advisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in employment law and HR best practice and processes.
- Confident building positive relationships and providing practical, solutions-focused advice.
- An excellent communicator with a colleague-focused approach.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
- Has excellent organisational skills and can manage a varied workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Is committed to continuous learning, development and improvement.
