Estates Mobile Site Supervisor - Learning Academy Partnership
- North Devon, Devon
- Full Time
- £14.14 - £15.07 per hour

Required as soon as possible
North Devon Hub with travel to our sites.
This is an opportunity for a practical and proactive Estates Mobile Site Supervisor to join Learning Academy Partnership and help provide safe, welcoming and well maintained environments across our family of schools in North Devon. This is a role where your contribution will make a visible difference.
Working across our North Devon hub, with regular travel between schools using our Estates vehicles, you will help ensure that premises issues are dealt with promptly and that planned maintenance and compliance activity remain on track. By increasing our local capacity, this role will give schools more responsive support and help our wider Estates Team spend more time improving sites and less time travelling between them.
No day will be the same. You may be completing minor repairs, checking buildings and equipment, supporting planned works or responding to an urgent request from a school. You will be supported by a friendly and committed team who work closely together, share knowledge and take pride in providing an excellent service.
If you are inspired by our mission and values and enjoy practical work that benefits local communities, this could be the role for you.
We are proud to hold Silver Investors in People accreditation, reflecting our commitment to creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to flourish. Joining us means becoming part of a values-led organisation where collaboration, continuous improvement and making a positive difference are at the heart of what we do.
If you are excited about this role but your experience looks a little different from what we have described, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be the right person for us. What matters most is the practical value you can bring, your willingness to learn and your commitment to helping our schools flourish.
Our work is guided by four core beliefs: Stronger Together | A Sense of Belonging | Removing Barriers | Realising the Possible. These beliefs shape how we work with one another and how we support every child to flourish.
We Can Offer You:
- A varied, practical and rewarding role where you can see the difference your work makes.
- The opportunity to support a growing family of schools and their local communities.
- A friendly, experienced and collaborative Estates Team.
- High-quality training, professional development and opportunities to grow your skills.
- A strong commitment to colleague wellbeing and work-life balance.
- Family-friendly policies and colleague benefits, including our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, technology and cycle schemes.
- Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
- Generous annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.
