Are you passionate about helping people into employment, education, or training? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team delivering a new and exciting service across Devon?
The Employment and Skills team is seeking to recruit support, advice and guidance professionals to deliver the roll out of an expanded Employment and Youth Hub programme which will meet the needs of the new Connect to Work service in Devon.
We are now recruiting an Employment Hub Advisor to provide tailored, one-to-one support to residents in the area.
As an Employment Hub Advisor, you will:
- Work directly with individuals to identify their strengths, aspirations, and support needs.
- Help clients access training, education, and secure employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with local partners and services to ensure holistic support.
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive hub environment.
The Advisor will play a key role in ensuring the hubs are responsive to local needs and provide high-quality support to individuals seeking employment, education, or training.
The work base location for West Devon is Tavistock with the Employment Hub initially being sited in Okehampton. Some travel may be required to other Employment Hubs.
