We’re looking for a Digital and Technology Officer to join the Strategy & Engagement team.
The role focuses on discovery, working closely with services to understand user needs and identify suitable digital and technology options. You’ll help ensure services remain safe and legal, while also supporting Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).
The work spans services across the Council and includes understanding how services operate, carrying out market research and benchmarking, and appraising options to support change.
This is a people‑focused role that combines service understanding with technical knowledge, helping shape secure, compliant and evidence‑based decisions at an early stage during a period of organisational change.
