We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker (Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor) to join our Trust’s facilities team. The role is primarily based at Haytor View Community Primary School and Nursery, however, will also be required to work flexibly across other school sites as required, undertaking grounds maintenance, general repairs, improvement tasks, and providing cover for absence or operational need. The postholder will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of the site, including opening the site each day.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all Trust school environments are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose, supporting high-quality learning spaces for pupils and staff.
