DYS Space Ltd (Space*) is an ambitious and innovative charity, driven by our values and seeking to support even more young people by developing current and new services. Our employees strive to achieve the best they can and must be committed to seeing the best in others. We value everyone's contribution and create safe spaces for exploration and growth.
Space is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of our work, and we value the rich social and cultural diversity of our communities. We understand that the people who provide and use our services have diverse characteristics and different experiences, needs and aspirations. We promote Anti Oppressive Practice and recognise that people face exclusion, discrimination and harassment as a result of one or more perceived aspects of their identity, or by association with people with different characteristics.

You will support open access and street based youth work, to help build a culture of inclusion and to champion diversity. You will create positive networks, share practice and learn from others.
As part of our ambitions to improve equality and diversity, we would particularly welcome applications for this role from those who identify under any of the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, which include race, age, disability, gender, religion or belief and sexual orientation.
