The Academy of Character and Excellence was formed in June 2016 and currently has five Primary Schools and two Pre-schools making up our exciting and innovative Trust. Our aim is to achieve excellence through cultivating character and this emphasis on excellence has resulted in pupils in each school being determined to achieve their very best, which is reflected in our results.

The Academy for Character and Excellence believes in ‘Personal Growth for All’ and our shared outcomes are rooted in excellence and each school is committed to a strong ethos and culture. As part of the dedicated and hard-working team, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding, experienced EYFS teacher, who is committed to excellence and will be able to lead our EYFS team and contribute to the strategic direction of our school. The position will start September 2019.

- Can inspire and motivate colleagues and children to enable them to be the best that they can be;
- Can work in collaboration with the senior leadership team, local governing body and the wider community to ensure that our mission is translated into action.

We welcome applications from highly motivated individuals who will work effectively as part of our excellent team and contribute to wider school life, building positive relationships with all members of our community. We are looking for applicants who are dedicated to making a difference to children’s lives and to ensure every child has the opportunities they deserve.

Interested? If you feel you want to join a school with a very supportive and highly skilled teaching and support team, and if you can inspire children and enable them to reach their full potential, then please send in your application. We offer excellent opportunities and development for all our staff throughout their careers.
