Due to an increase in the demand for our services we are now looking for enablers in Exmouth. We have 3 part time posts available, although 2 part time posts could be combined into a full-time role.
Would you like the opportunity to support someone to progress into adulthood, finding new opportunities for them in their local community and further afield? Working alongside us and the family you will enable a young man to take exciting new steps into building their new life following education. This will involve supporting the person at home and in the community. Car drivers essential. You must have a fascination for autism and be an excellent communicator. Hours will be varied, although for two of the posts your hours will be generally focussed on weekdays.
We design, build and provide bespoke support solutions for people living in their own homes in Devon. We only employ creative, dynamic, trustworthy, forward thinking employees who understand and implement person-centred approaches in their work. If you believe in traditional residential care, then this is not the role for you.
We keep customer needs and aspirations at the centre of our work, offering genuine person-centred solutions which work for the individual to enable them to integrate and participate in their communities.
By filling out our application form we can match you our customers based on your interests, personality, experience and location. Preferably you will have documented work experience, and have some experience of working with individuals with autism and/or learning difficulties.
