UKEvolve is looking for a top quality enabler(s) and support worker(s) to join one of our teams in Exeter for 24 hours per week (average) including sleep-in and alternate weekends. Extra hours are also available across our services to cover annual leave and sickness. Bank posts are also available.

Our lovely, lively customer has recently moved into her own house in Exeter. If you want to be considered for this role, you will need a fun but structured and mature approach and be consistent in your communication. You must be prepared to party as she has a love of dancing and karaoke. She loves to cook and bake. She is very proud of her new home and will need some support to keep it looking beautiful. You need to be active and prepared to think creatively to problem solve on her behalf. A car driver is preferred but is not essential. No personal care is required. Successful applicants will need to be prepared to work a variety of hours to include days, evenings and sleep ins, and we require all staff to work some hours every other weekend. We operate a fixed rolling rota, so you will know your hours well in advance. An interest in learning disability would be highly advantageous.

Hours available on rolling 4 week rota:
Week 1: Tuesday 12.30pm - 5pm / Wednesday 9am - 5pm / Thursday 12pm - 7pm / Sunday 9am - 5pm
Week 2: Monday 9am - 5pm / Wednesday 9am - 5pm / Saturday (optional) 9am - 5pm
Week 3: Monday 9am - 5pm / Wednesday 9am - 5pm / Saturday 5pm - 11pm plus Sleep / Sunday 9am - 5pm
Week 4: Monday 9am - 5pm / Wednesday 9am - 5pm
