Student Welfare & Safeguarding Officer    

Typical working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm

The safety and well-being of all our students is our primary aim. We have an ethos which is all about promoting the welfare of our young people and ensuring that all staff are skilled and confident in all aspects of safeguarding.  The post-holder will play a key role in our work on safeguarding and will report directly to the Principal, who is also the designated safeguarding lead, as well as working closely with staff throughout the school to ensure the highest possible standards of safeguarding.

 If you have:

           A passionate belief in the potential of all young people;

           Experience of working in an environment supporting young people;

           Understanding of safeguarding issues and able to promote the welfare of children and young people;

           Excellent interpersonal skills.
