The Esther Community, Exeter requires Bank Staff (2 posts)

The Esther Community provides a high level of accommodation based support to 19 children and young people coping with a variety of issues including, but not limited to: substance misuse; mental health needs; and offending behaviours

Bank Staff are expected to cover a shift at short notice as well as planned staff absence, therefore flexibility is necessary. The Esther Community is a 24 hour service and the shifts will be a mixture of days, evening, and waking nights.

The successful candidates will be able to work as part of a small team in the Esther Community and as part of the larger team of Keychange Charity. Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will also be given. Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to enable young people to make a positive change to their lives is essential.
