Are you interested in working for an organisation that seeks to improve outcomes for Children, Young people and their families in a challenging and changing delivery landscape? If yes, we are looking for an innovative and flexible Early Help connector with the drive and commitment to help shape the delivery of Early Help support towards improving outcomes for families. We currently have a part-time job-share post based with the Early Help Hub in Mid/East Devon.

The Early Help Connector is responsible for working together with practitioners from a range of different backgrounds to build their capability and confidence in implementing the Devon Early Help Offer and pathway to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families that could not have been achieved by any one of the agencies acting alone.

The Connector will also be responsible for following up and quality assuring cases that have come from the Early Help triage and the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub and have a strong working knowledge of the Early Help IT system “Right for Children” in order to offer advice and support.

If you are a team player, looking for a fast paced and rewarding position, then this is the chance.
