Devon’s new Edge of Care Service aims to brings together a range of disciplines to work intensively and flexibly (including weekends and evenings) to provide timely and creative support to meet the complex needs of young people and their families and to prevent care being needed.
The role of the Team Manager will be to provide operational management and supervision to the team, ensuring effective allocation within the team, oversight of risk and decision making, and the monitoring and reporting of outcomes achieved. The role will be responsible for ensuring referral pathways operate effectively and strong relationships exist with wider early help and specialist services to ensure the identification of the right young people and families.

This role requires a DBS disclosure.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
