You will be highly skilled at planning and delivering sessions and building relationships with children and young people with SEND in a range of settings that is inclusive, accessible and empowering.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Council, all education settings and the wider Devon Children & Families Partnership to champion and embed high quality participation and engagement principles that achieve real change and positive impact for children/young people and their families.

You will also lead on maintaining and developing our SEND Local Offer to ensure it meets the needs of children/young people and their families within Devon and the delivers all requirements set out in the SEND Code of Practice.
