Devon County Council are seeking to recruit several enthusiastic individuals, with excellent all-round communication skills, to work within teams providing support to people in their own homes.
You will need to have the personal attributes to be able to motivate and support people living in their own homes whom may have lost skills due to illness or disability.
This is challenging and rewarding work, providing support for people in their own homes throughout South Devon.
The role will include personal care, meal preparation and supporting individuals with medication.
10 posts each of 24 hours are available. Hours are worked on a fixed rota 7 days a week. You will be required to work various shifts including weekends. The hours of service are 07:00-22:00.

Full training is provided with a uniform and smart phone. Mileage and full travel time are paid.
