Required for September 2019, a Deputy CEO for this local North Devon Multi Academy Trust of six schools (five primary and one secondary school), joint accreditation for a teaching school and partnership responsibility for a primary based SCITT partnership.

Due to the successful growth of this newly formed Multi Academy Trust and further planned growth, the Tarka learning Partnership is seeking to appoint a Deputy Chief Executive Officer with specific responsibility for the development of the school improvement strategy.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding leader with the ability to listen to others, think strategically and empower others to support the development of schools and other partner organisations. Relationships are critical to this partnership and the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, acting always with integrity and ensuring that staff and children/students remain at the heart of their role.

You will work with the Board of Directors, the CEO and Trust Central Team to develop the Tarka Learning Partnership and improve outcomes for all.
