Supported Housing Project Co-ordinator - Young Devon

We are looking to recruit a project co-ordinator to oversee your supported housing projects in Exeter.

We provide accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 - 25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will oversee the provision of resettlement support and life skills training for residents, act as a key worker, ensure our buildings are maintained in good order and be the line manager for housing support workers.

The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the projects in South Devon.
