We are seeking to appoint a confident, highly adaptable person who has excellent interpersonal skills in order to support staff, parents and students to uphold our high expectations in relation to behaviour.
The successful candidate will need IT skills that will enable them to update and maintain records. The role will include working with small groups and leading on restorative conversations. Previous experience of working with young people, preferably in an educational setting, is beneficial.
You will be working 8.45am - 4.15pm, with half an hour for lunch, Monday - Friday. One day per week will be spent working in the inclusion room.
