We are wishing to recruit a new administrator to start as soon as possible to join our talented administration team who provide excellent administrative support to our school outreach team. In this role you will be providing critical support to our team of teachers and leaders as they assist other schools across the South West. A key part of the role will include the coordination and administration of outreach events and school visits run by our team, and maintaining an organised schedule of how our support is offered. The support given through out outreach has significant impact on the education of children across the region, and quality administrative support is essential to sustain this work. In addition, you will also support with wider administrative tasks within the Trust.

We are seeking to employ an extremely personable and outgoing communicator to manage enquiries via the telephone and through emails. The role will be varied and rewarding as you will be supporting the Trust’s nationally recognised outreach programmes, helping to coordinate teacher visits, supporting with event planning and handling queries. You will have access to a comprehensive suite of administrative tools and supporting software packages including Microsoft 365. You must have a great work ethic and a “get the job done” attitude, as well as being a positive team member as you join our team of administrators and marketing professionals.
This position is for a fixed term until 31st August 2024 initially, depending on future grant funding. This term time only (40 week) role will be based at one of schools in Exeter. The hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. The full-time equivalent salary will commence in the region of £22,700 per annum but will be adjusted for working 40 weeks of the year.
