The successful applicant will play a vital role within QE. Reporting to the Head of Business and Operations, the post holder will provide oversight of the maintenance, security and health & safety of the school sites (including grounds, buildings, facilities and equipment) ensuring efficient and effective operation. You will also promote the ethos of delivering a centralised service to ensure pupils, staff and other premises users are provided with a safe and attractive learning environment in which to learn, work or otherwise use the school and its facilities. You will be responsible for managing the site team ensuring the allocation of work and duties and ensuring the completion of all caretaking and minor maintenance works, as well as arranging servicing and maintenance in accordance with current requirements.
