We are seeking to appoint a creative, enthusiastic and organised Design & Communications Lead.
You will provide support with imaginative projects which will enhance our learning environment as well as developing our online profile.
You will be a creative out of the box thinker who approaches tasks innovatively. You will have the flair and skills to create visually stimulating artwork.
You will prepare and design the publicity materials using graphic and reproduction resources (using a variety of computer software packages) ensuring materials are of a high quality and produced within deadlines, and you will be responsible for producing key promotional and design materials in print and online, alongside general day-to-day marketing activities. The successful applicant will be integral to the promotion of fundraising projects and activities across the school.
You will be required to manage the school brand; design and print; website and social media; and support the delivery of marketing and development campaigns for the school. It is an opportunity to contribute significantly to the continuing success of the school. You will be given the freedom to be creative and opportunities to offer innovative ideas to support our marketing and communications goals.
You should have a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Art, Graphics or Media and will be competent using a variety of graphics software including Publisher, Adobe Suite, In-design, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Photoshop. A qualification in Photography will also be desirable.
You will demonstrate your own creativity and have an innovative approach to displaying children’s work and their achievements. So, if you’re an excellent communicator, creative, open-minded and have a passion to develop then this might just be the role for you.
