Opportunities have arisen for two motivated and enthusiastic Customer Contact Apprentices to join the Customer Contact Team. This is a great chance to gain a Customer Service Level 2 qualification whilst working for the Customer Service team.

This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge, experience and training in the world of Customer Services, with support from managers and colleagues from all Services.

To be successful you will need to engage with a wide range of customers from across the community through a variety channels, be comfortable working with new and changing technologies, and display a positive and helpful approach to your work.

The right candidates must have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to deliver first class customer service, empathise, advise and offer support to our customers.
