The Customer Service Centre handles telephone queries from members of the public, professionals and partner agencies in relation to services provided by Devon County Council. Customer Service Advisors handle enquiries for wide range of services and also develop specialist skills and knowledge related to service areas. This role is expected to last until 31st March 2021, and would be on a full time basis. 

For this role you will need to have - 

  • Experience of working in a customer service environment, preferably this would have included some telephone work

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Confident in using IT packages such as Microsoft Office, databases and the Internet
